There is Treasure in My Town (Around Town)

Some children are born to be adventurers. The thought of treasure and buried fossils, fills them with excitement. Stories of old fill their minds, such as lost gold, sunken ships full of jewels and legends of silver hidden away, just waiting to be found. What each child may not know, is that treasure comes in many different forms and can even be just around the block from where they live… This book shows children different, unique ways to find lost artifacts and also gives them a brief history of each item they may come across. It encourages that adventurous spirit inside of them and opens their minds to different and unique ways of finding “Treasure,” right in their own towns and neighborhoods.
