TEMLOCK Thermostatic Mixing Valve adjusts, maintains, and limits the hot water temperature settings to provide comfort and protection at home. This valve efficiently offers anti-scald, anti-chill protection while increasing the amount of safe, usable hot water, and compensating for both temperature and pressure fluctuations.
TEMLOCK Thermostatic Mixing Valve has an adjustable temperature control cartridge and an all lead-free brass construction. It uses a German-made wax-based thermostatic engine and features rough-in 3/4-inch union sweat fittings, and hot and cold check valves that prevent possible back flow on water supply inlets.
TEMLOCK Thermostatic Mixing Valve is factory preset at 130 Degree Fahrenheit, and is adjustable from 100 Degree to 140 Degree. The operating water pressure range is 30-145 psi. Hot and cold water pressure should not differ by more than 20%. TEMLOCK Thermostatic Mixing Valve is rated for 200 degree Fahrenheit as its maximum incoming hot water temperature.
