Think Ergo Arm Sling Sport Instructions: 1) Take the arm sling out of the box and lay it on a flat surface, such as a table. 2) If you will be using the arm sling on your right arm, the opening of the arm pouch should be pointing to your left. If you will be using it on your left arm, the opening of the arm pouch should be pointing to your right. 3) Thread the strap through the loop, and pull up to tighten. Once you've reached the desired length on the strap, secure the Velcro closure 4) Put the arm sling on. The strap should be centered on your shoulder and the arm sling should be comfortably supporting your arm. Adjust length with the strap at the front.
