Make shadow boards for your tools using versatile tool outline vinyl. This durable vinyl material can be cut into the shapes of your tools and placed on a pegboard or other organizer to show where tools belong. This is great for facilities that use 5S or other organizational systems because it's clear when a tool is missing or in use. When someone is finished with a tool, they can easily find where it belongs. That way, you won't waste time looking for lost tools. To use the tool outline vinyl, trace the outlines of your tools in reverse on the vinyl's white backing material. Cut out the shapes with a utility knife or scissors. Then peel off the backing and stick the vinyl to your pegboard. This product is simple to use, but will improve tool organization significantly. This black vinyl comes in 15" x15' rolls.
