Toothless:The Adult Gourmet Soft Food Cookbook

With visions of roast beef, barbecued steak, and raw broccoli dancing before my eyes, I embarked on my implant journey, and was immediately faced with the realities (albeit temporary) of life with soft food.

At first, I just grinned and bore it.
Then, I got ticked.
Then, I got busy.

After a year of experimentation (and 2 destroyed blenders), Toothless: The Gourmet Soft Food Cookbook came into being.

Toothless is split into two sections: Soft-Soft and Soft-Firm.
It has 60 tested recipes and I am still adding new ones.

Most of these recipes have now become staples in my new ‘toothfull’ life, as well as favourite pates and soups of family and friends.

I have strived to create recipes that emphasis nutrition, mildness and are still tasty.
