I am very particular about my fitness, and I believe that most of the women want to look good. This book gives proven steps and strategies to shape the butt and describes the chemistry behind butt fat. To shape your body, it’s necessary to explore the best hip and glute exercises. Especially important if you want to continue to fit into tight, sexy jeans as you age! I found this book worth reading. All in all, a quality book full of useful info.
As a part time personal trainer, I found this book to be extremely useful and insightful for my female clients. Adam Eastman goes into a good amount of detail on how and why butt fat is stores. I had no idea about the research that showed that sitting for prolonged periods could lead to excessive butt fat retention. The different exercise for getting rid of butt fat is something I plan to implement in their routines. This book is packed with not only great exercises, but also with pictures that will show you how to do these exercise. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking to tone up their hineys!
Great book by Mr. Eastman! My girlfriend and I try to shape our bodies and make them look great. My girl was always complaining about loosing fat from the area of chest and other part of body but not from butt! I found out this is critical and pretty much frustrating for her. When we started reading this little book, we found many cool pieces of advice: like if you need to reduce fat in specific areas, you need to focus on you are eating too.
