Our farmed teak towel ladder 18 inch length x 64 inch height with natural, food-safe teak oil finish is crafted from dense farmed teak; water flows off easily. The adjustable shelf can be easily be picked up and placed on any of the rungs. This versatile functional art item can be used as a towel or pants rack in the dressing room with the shelf for your pocket articles. Easily moved from space to space, you could alternately use in the garden area as a trellis with a storage shelf for your gardening hand tools. Shipped with a light coat of teak oil that may be renewed or allowed to fade to a silver grey while maintaining its strength. You can use these hand crafted wood Doweled pieces to set up an indoor or outdoor shower or bathing area. Teak oil finish creates a highly water resistant finish. All are made with sustainable wood farmed teak from the Thai royal Forestry department. Farming teak was introduced by Thai royal decree in the 1950s. At the same time, all old growth teak was declared property of the Thai crown, and could not be harvested without permission, no matter on what land it was growing. We make minimal use of electric hand Sanders in the finishing process. All products are dried in solar kilns and or propane kilns. No chemicals are used in the process, ever. Each piece is kiln dried, sanded, and hand rubbed with all natural teak oil; they are then packaged with cartons from recycled Cardboard with no plastic or other fillers. As this is a natural product, the color and grain of your stool will be completely unique, and may include small Checks or cracks that occur when the wood is dried. Sizes are approximate. Products could have visible marks from tools used, patches from small repairs, Knot holes, natural Inclusions, and/or worm holes. There may be various separations or cracks on your piece when it Arrives. There may be some slight variation in size, color, texture, and finish color.
