Never tried Wasabi Mayo? Try this recipe for a Wasabi Pasta Salad. 1/2 package TJ's Brown Rice Spaghetti, cooked 1/2 cup TJ's Shelled Edamame (in our refrigerated cases) 1/2 cup TJ's Shredded Carrots 1 medium TJ's Cucumber, peeled and chopped 2 TJ's Green Onions, diced 3 tablespoons TJ's Seasoned Rice Vinegar 1 tablespoon TJ's Wasabi Mayo Salt, to taste Rinse cooked spaghetti with cool water and then toss with rice vinegar and wasabi mayo. Mix in edamame, carrots, cucumber and green onions. Serve chilled. Serves: 2 - 4 Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
