This is an extremely popular, super smooth Black Chrome powder. This is a candy top coat so a silver or chrome basecoat is needed. It can also be applied directly over real chrome or polished aluminum. Real chrome or chrome powder basecoat will be the most reflective finish but you can also use a metallic silver so it will really pop in the sun.
