The Two Prong Cork Puller Extractor Ah - So Style Two hardened steel prongs Includes sheath Opens all sizes of corks without damage Known as Ah-So Type / Butler's Friend / Waiter's Friend / Bartenders Friend Perfect for dry and brittle corks 4.5 x 2.5 x .5 Inches 2 oz. Model SLVR-Extractor One prong is longer than the other, and it is slide in between the cork and the side of the bottle neck until the shorter prong reaches the cork. Slide the second prong between the bottle and cork by gently working the cork puller back and forth while pushing down taking care not to push the cork into the bottle. Once the two prongs are all the way down the cork, it is simply pulled up with a turning motion.
