Description

  • FITS STANDARD 4 INCH × 1/2 INCH SHAFT BOW ROLLER BRACKETS: Confirm (1) roller outside diameter = 4", (2) hub length matches your winch-post fork width, (3) mounting bore = 1/2" for the bolt through your bracket. Replaces ref 86287, 11880-1, 50-56580, and RP-446 style 4" rollers. Does NOT fit 3" bow rollers (86289 / 11881-1) or 4"×7" bow stops
  • THIS IS A ROLLING BOW ROLLER — NOT A 4×7 BOW STOP: If you need a fixed V-type bow stop pad (4" wide × 7" tall), see our separate listing This is a single 4" rotating poly roller for the winch-post fork — different install location and function
  • NON-MARKING POLY — WON'T SCUFF YOUR GELCOAT: Yellow PVC-enhanced polyurethane resists UV and chemicals, absorbs shock on launch and retrieve, and won't leave black rubber marks like aged stock rollers. Note: this aftermarket unit is poly/PVC, not rubber.
  • INSTALL & SPIN CHECK — DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE AXLE NUT: Slide roller onto 1/2" bolt through bracket forks; add washers if hub is narrower than fork gap. Tighten lock nut only until slack is gone — roller should turn by hand. If fork sides squeeze the roller, back off the nut or add washers to center the hub (see Q&A). End bells / side caps are NOT included (order 86142u-style 4" kit separately if your trailer uses bells)
  • BOW ROLLER ONLY — NOT KEEL ROLLER PARTS: Keel / spool rollers mount on the bunk frame — different bracket and size family (often 4"–8"). Fixed bow stops do not rotate. Measure before ordering; when in doubt compare to the part number stamped on your old roller
