Unicook electronic grill igniter is designed to fit most grills with electronic ignition system. Installation hardware and manual included. Easy to install and use. Caution:
Removal of old igniter and installation of new igniter kit should be done only when grill is cool and gas is turned off. Parts List:
1 igniter module
1 electrode cap
2 square nuts
2 washers
1 collector box
2 electrode lead wires
1 electrode assembly
1 ground lug
2 short screws
2 long screws
2 adjustable electrodes
2 plastic ties
Note:
1.Always start using and testing the module with a new battery installed.
2.Usually the ignition assembly is not working because the electrodes inside the barbecue grill are dirty.
3.Make sure the tip of the igniter's electrode is 1/4 inch from the port opening of the burner.
4.Always note there cannot be any "empty" outlet spades on the barbecue grill ignition module. It is possible to add a "jumper" wire but the system will work properly for longer if we ground all the outlets to electrode wires.
