Instructions

Setup Your Personal Data
1. Press "MODE" button and switch to STEP mode.
2. Press and hold the "SET" button and enter setup mode.
3. Press "SET" button to set 12/24 Hour formatâ†’Timeâ†’Metric/Imperial Unitâ†’Stride Distanceâ†’Weightâ†’Steps Target
4. Press "MODE" and "RESET" button to adjust the data.

Total Review Function & Memory Function
1. Press "MODE" button and switch to TOTAL STEP mode.
2. Press "SET" button to check the total Steps, Distance Walked, Calories Burned, Activity Time that the pedometer has recorded.
3. Press "MEMORY" button to check the last 7 days of steps data that the pedometer has recorded.

â— Press and hold "RESET" button to reset the current data.
â— Switch to TOTAL STEP mode, press and hold "RESET" button to reset all data(including memory data).

ã€False Start Error Detection Systemã€‘
To avoid counting accidental movements as steps, continuous walking 10 steps or more is required before pedometer start counting. Don't worry, the initial 10 steps will also be accounted for.

ã€7 Days Active Memory and Power Saving Modeã€‘
The pedometer will store pedometer data up to the last to 7 days.
If no motion is detected for a short period of time, the tracker display will turn off automatically to conserve battery power. It will resume when motion is detected.

ã€Progress Bar and Low Battery Indicatorsã€‘
The progress bar indicator is convenient for tracking steps target progress and the battery icon appears on the display to indicate the battery needs to be replaced.
