How to use:
1.Pull out valve of the hose and bite gently the mouthpiece to drink water
2.Push down the valve of the hose to stop water
3.Open the bladder valve for adding ice (SMALL ICE CUBES)
Notes for Bladder
1.Hydration Bladder can NOT be loaded beverage, wine, milk and hot water.
2.Before using hydration bladder, warm water 30~ 40 ℃ with some salt for refresh it.
3.Use hot water to scald the connection part between hose and bladder to discharge them.
