Description

  • Wide Compatibility: Throttle cable and kickdown cable bracket compatible with four-barrel carburetors. It fits Edelbrock Performer and Thunder AVS series, as well as Quadrajet style carburetors which are typically in a four-barrel configuration. This bracket mounts securely to 4150 square-bore and expanded-bore flange types.
  • Wide Application: Kickdown cable for TH-350, 700-R4 and 200-4R transmissions, Suitable for 157313 Throttle and 700R4 Cable Bracket. Suitable for universal throttle cables and can be modified to be compatible with aftermarket throttle cables.

Finally, check that the cable pull is smooth, and then start the engine to test whether the throttle and shifting are normal.
  • Throttle and 700R4 Cable Bracket Notes:1，Some low-profile intake manifolds may require a spacer and longer studs (sold separately) between the intake and carburetor, depending on the height and shape of the runners behind the carb. 2，For Edelbrock carbs, use 720-98A and 555-15841 with in-board mounting holes. For Q-Jet carbs, use 555-15841, and 1/2 in. longer bolts at front.
