Instructions:
  • Scrap griddle with spatula to remove residue
  • Cool griddle to below 212 F
  • Lubricate griddle with cooking oil
  • Place the griddle screen on the griddle and 1 polishing pad on top of the screen and place the holder on top of the pad and start cleaning
