Description
- Stable and Powerful Motor: VEVOR’s rotary welding positioner is equipped with a high-quality 120W motor, providing a low-speed range of 0.5-6 rpm. This ensures stable and smooth operation for precise welding tasks. The positioner offers excellent stability with a vertical load capacity of up to 55 lbs (25 kg) and a horizontal load capacity of 110 lbs (50 kg).
- Tiltable Worktable for Flexibility: The turntable of the welding positioner can be tilted from 0-90° and locked securely at any desired angle using the hand wheel. The worm gear turning structure with a self-locking function guarantees accurate positioning and stability of the welding workpiece.
- Precise and Secure Clamping: Equipped with a 315mm KD200 three-jaw chuck, this positioner offers a clamping range of 10-210mm and a supporting range of 80-190mm, effectively preventing weldment pieces from moving or falling. The included welding gun stand holder ensures the welding gun stays securely in place.
- User-Friendly Operation: Enjoy stepless speed adjustment from 0.5-6 rpm for precise control. The intuitive control box allows for easy rotation speed adjustments, while the foot pedal switch provides convenient 360-degree rotation control.
