I don't understand the good reviews for this small, cheaply produced uninspired book. It is not at all worth the price. Sorry I bought it.
Not only the apple, but also this book is invaluable for keeping the doctor away. The health benefit section has really been an eye-opener, and the vegan substitutes of the dairy and meat-based foods are no less useful. And followed by 100 absolutely mouth-watering recipes – what more to expect from a cookbook? Nope, this isn’t just another cookbook, it’s the vegan bible, to be precise. I just can’t wait to tuck away the tofu-based lunch items, the alluring smoothies and my all-time favorite chocolate desserts! In the summer (which I hope will be hot), keeping the calories in check is extremely crucial. This title, with a host of ‘cool’ items to choose from, if a perfect one for us.
We often do not recognize the importance of healthy eating, and this book is here to change our eating habits. A vegan diet, replete in essential nutrients can be a perfect substitute for dairy and meat-based foods. This has been elaborately explained, followed by 100 delicious recipes – surely, a cookbook couldn’t have been any better. This is not just a compilation of some vegan recipes and cooking tips, it’s an encyclopedic reference on vegan cuisine. The goodness of a vegan diet has been widely documented, but to help us experience it, a book like this is extremely important. Thanks a ton to the author, this week will be a busy one for me!
