- [Installatio of electric cooling fan thermostat kit] Connet the color-coded wires refer wiring diagram. red to +12VDC(10 Feet 12 Gauge ), blue to the electric fan relay(6 Feet 12 Gauge), yellow to ignition or cooling fan switch(6 Feet 18 Gauge), gray to the Thermostat Switch Sending Unit(6 Feet 18 Gauge).
