This Vestil LBDR-13-L load binder uses ratchet action with a 3" handle take-up to secure and tie down large loads and is used for chain binding applications in the trucking and marine industries, or on a camper or farm equipment. It is made of heavy duty forged steel for strength and durability. It has two hooks that will accommodate a 5/16" to 3/8" chain. It has a hole for inserting a padlock (sold separately). This ratchet load binder has a 5,400-lb. working load limit, with a proof capacity of 10,800 lb. and an ultimate capacity of 19,000 lb.
