This Vestil S-FORK-4-AT hoisting hook converts a forklift into a lifting device and has a swivel hook for rotating 360 degrees. It attaches to a single fork, and the fork pocket has 1-7/8 x 5-1/2" (H x W) inside dimensions. (*H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) It is made of steel for strength and durability and is zinc-plated for resistance to corrosion. It has an auto-tension construction for adding tension as weight is added. This hoisting hook has a 4,000-lb. capacity. Secured to the fork truck by means of a 48" long safety restraint and tine lock.
