• [HOW MANY VIDEOTAPES ARE INCLUDED AND HOW MANY CAN I SEND?] Although this Amazon purchase includes the digitize and transfer of just one videotape, the "Memories Box" you receive can hold additional videotapes. When activating your "Memories Box" you will have the option to add additional Video Tapes at a reduced amount.
• [HOW DO I SEND IN MY VIDEOTAPES?] Utilize the "Memories Box" and self ship your videotape(s) using whatever method you prefer.
• [WHAT DO I RECEIVE WHEN COMPLETED?] A digital MP4 is created of your videotape and is available for cloud download for 30 days (optional thumbdrive and/or DVD of your videotape(s) is additional)
• [DO I GET MY VIDEOTAPES BACK?] Your videotapes are recycled 30 days after the completion of your project (optional return shipping of your videotapes is additional)
