This is a modern recreation using modern lighting and modern models to recreate some of the best vintage nude pictures from the early 1900's. These nudes evoke a bygone era of innocence and decadence that is unsurpassed from the 1900's. Nudes not just as a field study, but designed to titillate and offend Victorian morals, these pictures were taken primarily in France and Germany. This opened the door to the surrealism of the 1920's, and to the Hollywood glamour of the 1930's. This is where the story started of how we defined beauty by looking and revering the female nude image.
