- PLEASE NOTE: Engineering studies show that this product is the optimal size for holding a bend. Smaller may crack or damage the visor and larger will not apply enough stress thus allowing the visor to flatten out more easily. If you desire less curl you can just use your hands to flatten out the bend to your liking as the natural tendency of the visor is to unbend anyway. The pictures shown are quite clear so it is a bit surprising to hear a few say they were expecting larger.
