  • Tip Guide: The U-Type and F-Type hot wire tips cut straight lines and smooth curves through EPS, EPE, and XPS blocks, reaching 320°C (608°F) in 5 seconds. Use these for large-block sculpting and freehand shaping. The 4 inch (10cm) straight tip (304 SS, 2mm body, 0.3mm point) handles detailed pattern cuts and precise trimming at 400°C (752°F). The 2 inch (5cm) straight tip (304 SS, 2mm body, 0.3mm point) engraves surface patterns and lettering at 450°C (842°F) - the highest temperature in the WINONS pen-style range. Note: straight tips are not compatible with EVA.
  • Make It Real: Cut clean foam board panels for display signs and retail fixtures. Shape large EPS or XPS blocks for cosplay armour, stage props, and architectural presentation models. Use the engraving tip to score surface detail, lettering, or texture patterns into foam panels. The WFC0010 handles every stage from rough block shaping to fine surface work without switching tools.
  • Replacement Tips and Wire: When tips wear down, replace with the WFC0010L tip set (4 inch/2 inch straight tips) or WFC0010W replacement wire (5x German Typ 2000, 0.25mm/180mm). Both are available in the WINONS store and are compatible with the WFC0010 handle only.
