- This fully adjustable WOSS Pulley Trainer system includes 12 ft. of 1/2" USA Made Rope. The Trainer comes with a large black Ball-Bearing Pulley with an aluminum wheel, two workout Handles with built-in 1-1/2" wide Foot Loops, an extremely versatile 8ft Split-Anywhere-Anchor Strap with built-in Door Anchor, and two Carabiners for very fast and easy set-up and take-down, and one Double Loop Strap - ideal for bars and rafters, and one drawstring bag that for easy storage of your system.
- Due to the free movement of the Pulley your core muscles are more challenged and trained than with standard Trainers. The instability will also ensue you use both sides of your body evenly. You can perform full-stretch see-saw exercises with our Pulley systems. No Cambuckles sliding over your arms!
