Pictures were carefully selected, adjusted and edited, but each person's monitor has different color setting, the printing inks also have color deviation, if you are concerned about it must be 100% the same color as you saw in your monitor, please buy with caution. [Unforeseen Circumstances] We will pack item very carefully, if it was damaged in transit (low probability but uncontrolled), you could contact us, we promise re-ship for free in this case.

[Manufacturing Process] This wall scroll is not directly printed with reactive ink(easy to make, but easily be damaged by water and sun), it is dye sublimation product (better color, anti water and sun, hard to make for many manual operation steps), we used top quality printer consumables UltraChrome DS Ink & Jetcol Digital Transfer Paper which were three times the cost of ordinary factory consumables.

[Shipping Rate] This product will be shipped by USPS in 3 business days from China. Normally 75% orders take about 7 to 14 business days , 24% orders will take 14 to 28 business days for Customs inspection, about 1% order may be delayed for uncontrolled reasons. In that case , we will contact you to resolve our problem.

[Customized Order] It can be customized according to your picture (Picture size must at least > 1000 x 1600, we suggest > 1500 x 2048), please contact us and send us your picture, after that we will send back you a sample, if you like the sample, you could place your order on our wall scroll, and please do send us your order id to help us know which order is your custom order.
