Directions: Dilution based on visibility of mold stains: Extremely Visible = No dilution, Very Visible = 1: 1 (equal parts), Visible Stains = 2: 1, Just Became Visible = 3: 1, Routine Cleaning 4: 1After deciding on the dilution ratio mix Spray & Clean with water (warm/hot if possible) and put in a garden style pump sprayer, saturate the stained decking allowing the product to be absorbed by the decking, stains will start to disappear on contact, when completed rinse deck off with cold hose water, for stubborn stains reapply, soak deck for 2 hours or overnight if needed, a light pressure washing or use of a scrub brush may assist the cleaning process.
