This a wonderfully written book on how to stay motivated when dieting. I loved the way the author let the reader know that even though they may not have been successful in the past with losing weight they can be this time. She gives examples of ways to stay motivated that could help anyone stick with their diets. This book is very help in the motivation area on dieting by giving the reader all kind of ways to motivated themselves and does not just tell them they need to keep themselves motivated if they want to succeed. This book it wonderfully put together with plenty of suggested resources to help ensure that will help start and stick to your dieting plans. This book is a great resource its self for showing ways to set your weight loss goals and how to be more successful with reaching them as well. This book is so positive, it made me feel awesome! I have been reading a lot of different weight loss books lately. I have been getting really discouraged since I started working out again. I’ve been feeling like it isn’t worth all the effort. This book gives a lot of websites and ideas on how to make it more exciting and gives you a more positive attitude toward weight loss and even toward yourself and your own body. Starting a weight loss regimen can often make us feel ugly or worthless. The main focus of this book is to get us out of that mindset and feel better about ourselves, which in turn makes us feel better about losing weight. This is probably my favorite weight loss book by far, and I am recommending it to my whole weight loss group. Definitely one of my best buys since I started losing weight. A must have!
The title of this book should be, NO EXCUSES! Not only does Katherine Tomlinson motivate you, she's done ALL the footwork in research so that you have NO EXCUSES in going there and getting started! So glad to have all that info that I had no idea was available! Another great thing about the book is that it can motivate ANYBODY in ANY negative situation! Drug addiction, smoking, alcohol... It's an easy read that I read in its entirety in one sitting, couldn't put it down! This book is for ALL WALKS OF LIFE that need motivation!
