• Features: ER70S-6 is a general purpose welding wire for fabrication of mild steel which contains higher levels of manganese and silicon to produce high quality welds when used on dirty, oily, or rusty steel for TIG welding (GTAW) process. The deoxidizers also provide better wetting, a flatter bead shape and the capability of faster travel speeds, as well as better fluidity of the weld pool, thus creating a smoother bead appearance and resulting in minimal post-weld grinding.
