- Reinforcement springs from Westfalia-Automotive support the series suspension of the car with additional spring force whenever it is necessary (e.g. with trailer or caravan).
- Heavy load can overwhelm the car's stock suspension - it goes "to the knees" at the back. The result: longer braking distances and risk of spinning in the curves, in crosswind and during overtaking manoeuvres.
- In comparison rides, cars with reinforcing spring remained more manageable despite an additional weight of 300 kg. In extreme situations, this can make all the difference.
