This clear and coloress chocolate flavor is very popular among cake decorators looking for a chocolate flavor to use in their pure white butter cream or fondant. Besides being clear and colorless, our great tasting White Chocolate, Natural Flavor Blend is also bake and freeze-proof. White chocolate is made using cocoa butter, milk, and sugar. Unlike milk and dark chocolate, it does not contain any cocoa solids. It can be difficult to bake with and often becomes lumpy and grainy when blended with water. White chocolate also has a tendency to brown when baked. Our flavor has none of these limitations and besides baking can be used in beverages and ice cream. We recommend using one or two teaspoons of our White Chocolate, Natural Flavor Blend in your typical cake or cookie recipe and three to four ounces in five gallons of ice cream. This flavor contains propylene glycol, alcohol, water and natural flavor. It is sugar and gluten-free and does not contain any theobromine.
