Sharpens a very wide assortment of knives. Wide angle range for added versatility. Fine angle adjustment and control
ANGLE RANGE: 13-35 degrees per side (26-70 degrees inclusive). Main angle adjustment in 1 degree increments, and micro-angle adjustment in 0.05 degree increments. Can sharpen blades up to 15" long.
PARTS ARE FULLY MODULAR. Interchangeable with upgrades for advanced sharpening capabilities.

We've combined our Precision Knife Sharpener WE120 with the select abrasives and accessories needed to take a blade to scalpel sharp levels. The Pro-Pack II allows the user to sharpen knives at a wide variety of angles and achieve very sharp, refined edges with an incredibly high level of precision. This stationary sharpening package will enable anyone put a Wicked Edge on their knives.
