COMMON PROBLEM

1. The product arrives but cannot be used:

Make sure the battery is installed correctly, the power switch is turned on, and the product is powered.

If all of the above are normal, make sure the USB Nano receiver is plugged into the device and the device has been successfully installed or recognized.

If the identification fails, you will need to unplug and reboot the device and reinsert it.

2. The product cannot be used after a period of time:

Re-plug the USB Nano receiver.

If it is not resolved, try replacing the battery with a new one.
