Compatibility:
This item with 3/4" shaft for 196cc 5.5 Hp & 212cc 6.5 Hp Engines is the OEM replacement clutch assembly used on all versions of the Baja Mini Bike, including the Baja Heat, Mini Baja, and the Baja Warrior.
It is also a perfect replacement part on many small utility 163cc 5.5 Hp and 196cc 6.5 Hp engines.
It is compatible with both the MB165 and the newer MB200 models.
Common clutch for 3.5-7hp engines using #40/41/420 chain.
Mounts onto crankshaft using bolt and washer on the end of the crankshaft.

Set Screws NOT Included. Mounts onto crankshaft using bolt and washer on the end of the crankshaft. ( Clutch does not need set screws as long as the end of the crankshaft is threaded to accept a bolt. Most go kart clutches are held onto the shaft with a bolt and larger washer. Extra washers if needed are used on the crankshaft to space clutch. )
