Hes been a mainstay in both the Johnny and June Carter Cash bands; he was on Dylans Nashville Skyline, played with Kristofferson, Baez and John Hartford; guested on the ground-breaking Will the Circle Be Unbroken album by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and was a contributor to the Coen Brothers O Brother, Where Art Though? motion picture and soundtrack and three other films by them. Blake has 38 albums, a signature guitar line from Martin and the adulations of players worldwide. Wood, Wire & Words is the first recording of all original Blake marterial in over 30 years.
