Workout Kid Fitness DVD

The Workout Kid fitness series includes: two 40 minute long workouts, designed especially for kids and teens. The video features fun, safe moves to keep kids motivated, engaged and having a blast while staying fit. Some of C.J.'s signature moves include Power Jacks, The Shredder, The Fighter, Invisible Jump Rope, Butt Kicks and Fly€“A-Ways. Always offering words of encouragement, C.J. stresses proper workout technique, taking frequent breaks, stretching and proper warm up and cool down time.
