Wusthof Grand Prix II - 9" Fillet Knife w/Leather Sheath

Meet all of your kitchen needs with this Grand Prix II fillet knife from Wusthof. Precision-forged from a single piece of high carbon stainless steel, the blade features Wusthof's Precision Edge Technology (PEtec), which yields an edge that is 20 percent sharper with twice the edge retention. With a full bolster and finger guard, this knife has a black polypropylene handle that provides a secure and comfortable grip. Ideal for deboning and filleting fish, the long narrow blade enables the knife to move smoothly along the backbone of the fish and easily removes the fish skin.
