So far no complaints. I reserve opinion until I've had some history with the service. Instalation went smoothly. Amazon is slow on sending my gift card, not the fault of Comcast. Wi-fi has been reliable and operating at expected speeds.
If you have any other choice, pick the other service. Comcast has very poor customer service, very frequent service interruptions, and a crazy pricing model. I am a current owner of this triple play service, having made the mistake of switching to it in exchange for some technical support to resolve a Comcast caused issue. Should tell you everything you need to know about their customer service. I do not use the phone portion of the bundle, but I would hate to have my phone operate with the reliability of the rest of the Comcast package.

Their pricing is near-criminal. In my service area we see regular 5% price increases, even though the infrastructure has been built-out and fully recovered. Billing is deliberately convoluted; a couple months ago I found a rental fee for a cable modem (I bought my own a couple of years ago) show up for one month then disappear. So far a horrible experience. I still don't have service over a month later. They need to lay the line from the street to my house which has required lots of calls to customer service who passes you around and doesn't accomplish much and an installer who failed to schedule the work. That doesn't stop Comcast from robo-calling me 5 times a day to schedule the in-house install even though the line from the street still hasn't been laid. Who knows when I'll have service...not a great start...
