The XMark Power Cage allows you to lift heavy weights safely without the need for a spotter. Designed with heavy duty adjustable pull-pin safety spotters, tricep dip handles, split grip chin-up/pull-up bar, and lat pulldown and low row attachment. Starting at 20" height, the bar catches and safety spotter adjustment holes are spaced 2-inches apart for maximum user control. The lat pulldown and low row attachment accommodates standard and Olympic plate weights. Included are two chrome Olympic sleeve adaptors, a chrome lat pulldown bar and a chrome short row bar. Made of heavy duty 11-gauge 2" x 3" steel with a scratch resistant baked powder coat finish, this multi-functional XMark Power Cage XM-7621-20 is a great space saving unit for every home gym.
