XYZprinting’s da Vinci 3D pen is a standalone device that can create 3D printed objects without the need of computers or computer-assisted design software. Create anything, anywhere. The education bundle version includes additional material such as drawing pad, instructional sketch book, and bonus USB drive. The da Vinci 3D Pen prints only with XYZprinting's bio-compostable PLA filament. The PLA filament derives from natural materials, such as sugarcane and corn starch, which greatly reduces the waste produced by 3D printing as it will decompose and return to nature. XYZprinting PLA filaments have gone through various tests to ensure that it is DEHP-free and Heavy Metal-free for user safety. Users will be able to print with the PLA filament without worrying about harmful metals or substances. XYZprinting’s PLA filaments also print in low temperatures, which makes it easier to print with and greatly reduces warpage. The translucent texture and finishing will also add a unique look to your finished work.
