2. For some Qi-compatible devices, you may need to buy a Qi-compatible receiver separately to activate the wireless charging function.
KINDLY NOTE: Please put the pressure on the back of the clamps versus the front better to get the clamping mechanism to close tightly enough on the phone. This charger won't charge through an otter box, for optimal performance, take off your protective cover and place your device in the proper location on the wireless charger.
