The P2500S is a 2-space, rack mountable power amplifier that produces 250 watts per channel from 20Hz to 20kHz. (275W @ 1 kHz) into an 8-ohm load. It will provide 310 watts per channel from 20Hz to 20kHz. (390W @ 1 kHz) into a 4-ohm load. These ratings are â€œboth channels drivenâ€. It is extremely clean with a total harmonic distortion and noise rating of â‰¤0.1%. A unique YSProcessing circuit provides optimum performance when used with the Yamaha Club series loudspeakers. The P2500S also uses Yamahaâ€™s patented EEEngine circuitry to reduce power consumption and heat. Input connectors are both XLR and Â¼" balanced. There are switchable high or low pass filters for both input channels, with continuously variable from 25Hz-150Hz. Outputs are SpeakonÃ¢, high current Â¼" or 5-way binding posts. The P2500S weighs 29 lbs. Covered by a 3-year warranty; the P2500S is underwriters laboratory (UL). listed .
