How do we deliver more power? 

We started buy utilizing a slighly larger cast-iron cylinder casting, then increased the bore size to 44mm. We then added a original style cylinder head in order to fit the compact frame of both bikes and machined it in order to reach out target 6.6:1 compression that the bikes need to run properly. The combination of these components is the perfect recipe for greater low-end power and torque.

What about Reliability?

The cylinder is made from solid cast iron for exceptional durability. It has also been deburred, factory-honed and slightly chamfered to eliminate imperfections. Adjustments are no longer necessary when installing this piston kit which makes it hassle-free.  It is designed to have bigger ports for better intake and exhaust flow. The cylinder is designed with larger cooling fins to deal with the increased friction of the larger piston and to ultimately cool down the top end faster. 

Pro Tip: Stay away from kits that suggest that you can use the original cylinder head with a big bore kit as a 50cc cylinder head can damage the piston especially if the head doesn't provide enough clearance.  Want even more power?
