- Rapid Call Takeover: When immediate intervention is needed, supervisors can take over a call with a single action and communicate directly with the customer. Agents can continue listening to learn, ensuring seamless escalation and efficient resolution in critical situations.
- Versatile & Easy to Use: Activate "monitoring and intervention mode" simply by plugging in the headset. Press the control button once to enter "coaching mode" (only the agent hears the supervisor); Press and hold for 2 seconds to switch to "takeover mode", where the supervisor assumes the call while the agent listens for training purposes.
