My mat is 36" wide and extra long when rolled up it is approximately 27" Will this fit
Answer:
The product is adjustable and I would think it could hold any size yoga mat. It works like a sling shot with a little strap inside that holds the mat in place so it won't fall out.

Question:
Would his fit a lululemon "the mat"? It's a heavy mat that's on the thicker side.
Answer:
Yes, I have a super thick Manduka mat that fits - the elastic on the inside allows for any yoga mat to fit (I would think). I love this bag and get compliments on it all the time :-)

Question:
I have an oversized Jade Fusion 5/16 thick mat. It won't fit in the Gaiam Full Zip Cargo Bag. Will this carrier hold this mat?
Answer:
Yes, you will have to roll the mat tight, place on the carrier secure with elastic bands,then secure with outer magnetic snaps I hope this helps
