It's delicious tossed with olive oil, fruits or tomatoes, or used as an ingredient in recipes, such as veggie burgers, tabouli or cookies. This easily digestible grain is quick and easy to prepare. Just add water, and cook on the stovetop or in the microwave. The 10 ounce package contains six 1/4-cup servings with no trans fats, cholesterol, sodium or gluten.
