Size: One size fits from 31'' to 51'' in chest circumference, from 9'' to 16'' in arm circumference.

The first gear ( red light), temperature is around 44℃/111.2℉;
The second gear ( white light), temperature is is around 41℃/105.8℉;
The third gear ( blue light), temperature is is around 38℃/100.4℉.

The first gear ( red light), temperature is 56-65℃/132-149℉;
The second gear ( white light), temperature is 46-55℃/114-131℉;

Considerations:
1.It is NOT recommended to use high temperature for a long time to avoid burns.
