Named after the Police K9 Officer Dave Yurkiw, that designed it, the Yurkiw patrol and tracking Dog Harness is the most versatile dog harness we have ever built. The Yurkiw dog harness is a favorite with Police K9 officers but can also be used for agitation and/or tracking. With 4 points of adjustment this harness is extremely versatile. The shoulder and belly straps are made from 1 inch Biothane and have heavy duty buckles for superior strength and durability. The side adjustment is made with 2 inch nylon and heavy duty Velcro for comfort while obtaining the perfect fit. The side strap buckle is a 3 point release cop lock buckle making the harness easy to put on and take off while providing extra security. The breast plate is padded with thick felt padding. The Medium Yurkiw harness has 1 Velcro placement on each side and 1 on the back that can hold a 2 inch x 3 inch badge on each side, the back plate has a 2 inch x 7 inch Velcro strip that can accomidate a 2 inch x 7 inch Dept.
