Our organic cotton zafu is a crescent shaped meditation cushion with pleated sides. The cover is made of durable organic cotton twill fabric. The zafu is stuffed with USA grown buckwheat hulls. All our zafus come with a carrying handle. Each crescent zafu is approximately 16" in wide and 8" in height and 8 lbs in weight. Our crescent zafu makes sitting meditation easier on the knees and ankles. It allows you to bring the heels and feet in closer to the body while having broader support. This support helps you to tilt the pelvis which then allows you to sit with your spine straight.
